By accessing Alfian web applications or connecting to our REST API endpoints, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using all endpoints and user interfaces provided by our domain.

2. Permitted Use & API Restrictions

Our downloading tools and REST resources are intended for structural software enhancement, product workflow optimization, and individual testing. You agree not to:

• Circumvent metered rate limits, access keys, or traffic distribution filters enforced on our platform tiers or partner marketplaces (such as RapidAPI).
• Deploy automated scripts designed to burden our infrastructure, induce high-volume denial of service, or scrape system configurations.
• Utilize fetched data outputs in violation of the underlying platforms' original copyright policies or creator licenses.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Alfian services are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" foundation. Because our tools parse public infrastructure endpoints which may change without notice, we provide no warranties regarding runtime uptime, continuous performance consistency, or uninterrupted asset data availability.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alfian, its developers, or its maintaining entities be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential operational losses, system down-time, or technical data disparities arising out of the integration or failure of our software resources.

5. Termination & Policy Updates

We reserve the right to restrict or entirely revoke system access for individual client IPs or API keys found manipulating traffic signatures. These terms are subject to adjustment at any time; continued use of our endpoints following updates implies binding acceptance of the revised criteria.
